VetReaLifeSim Long Simulated Blood Vessels (SBVs) - refillable, flexible vessels, arrive pre-filled with artificial blood and permit multiple placement options within the large jugular trainer to simulate a wide-range of clinical situations. Each 10" standard vessel provides 50-60 insertion attempts.
10" length of latex tubing, refillable; sustained integrity for approx 50-60 insertion attempts using 20g or smaller IV catheters before refilling (must apply pressure to vessel for flashback and varies with technique); multiple vessel placement options for a variety of insertion sites simulate a range of clinical situations; 1 pack = 5 vessels. The simulated blood used to pre-fill the vessels is non-hazardous, FD&C RED NO. 40 GRANULAR diluted in water. 10" length; 3/16" ID + 1/16" OD = 1/4" TD
