Alternative to dumbbells - Flexible use during training - Resistance training anywhere, anytime - The pair of Cando Hold-Rite plastic handles are accessories for Cando exercise bands and tubing. Cando is great for resistance exercise therapy. Plastic handles make band/tubing easy to grip. The self-locking "adjuster" holds band or tubing in place during the most strenuous exercises. (The band and/or tubing inserts into the bottom section of the handle, and is held in place by the adjuster.) Use self-locking "adjuster" to increase or decrease resistance by shortening or lengthening band/tubing.
