How to clean your anatomy model
The World Health Organization (WHO).
To keep your 3B Scientific® anatomy models hygienically clean, especially in times of COVID-19 and beyond, we have put together a quick guide as well as recommendations on how to properly clean anatomy models.
3B Scientific® anatomy models are manufactured from highest quality material and we only use lasting color to finish the anatomical details. To keep all parts and the paint safe and without any damage, please follow all steps carefully. It is also important to check all components of your disinfectant as alcohol based solutions can damage the paint of your model. The procedure and all its steps should be repeated whenever the anatomy models have been used.

"The most important thing to know about coronavirus on surfaces is that they can easily be cleaned with common household disinfectants that will kill the virus. Studies have shown that the COVID-19 virus can survive for up to 72 hours on plastic and stainless steel, less than 4 hours on copper and less than 24 hours on cardboard."
