Strategic Acquisitions
In 2019, 3B Scientific expanded by acquiring Cardionics, a leader in auscultation simulation products, and iSimulate, known as an innovator in patient monitoring and defibrillation simulation solutions.
In 2023, the group rapidly grew with 4 more acquisitions. iNNOGING introduced a new online learning platform for ultrasound training. Lifecast Body Simulation brought hyper-realistic and culturally diverse manikins for learning technical and non-technical skills. Wallcur provided a critically important solution for teaching safety in preparation and delivery of drugs using simulated medicines. IngMar Medical joined the 3B group as a world leader in respiratory and ventilation training.
In 2024, Echo Healthcare, Immersive Interactive, Stops Medical, and Veterinary Simulator Industries (VSI) joined the group. Echo Healthcare and Immersive Interactive brought culturally diverse manikins, masks, and Immersive training environments, enhancing realism and inclusivity in simulation-based education. Stops Medical, focused on advancing the front line of medical preparedness, contributes innovative solutions for tactical and emergency response training. VSI, known for producing high-quality veterinary simulators, enables veterinary students to become proficient in their practical skills. All these companies were early movers and leaders in their respective segments, further strengthen the group’s position in healthcare and veterinary simulation.
