Relief Pak moist heat packs are a simple and effective method of applying moist heat. Each Relief Pak can provide 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat. Relief Paks can be heated in water, stove top or in a microwave. When treatment is complete the hot packs can be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer. Apply moist heat packs with a terry cover or a heavy towel for safety.
