OS3

OS3, 1025950, Surgery
The Open Surgical Simulation System (OS3), in conjunction with the Advanced Surgical Skills Packages (ASSPs), provides residents and fellows with a Hyper-Realistic® high-fidelity training model for trauma and general surgery scenarios. This advanced system enables trainees to fully immerse themselves in the training process, to the point where they suspend their disbelief and believe they are operating on a real person rather than a simulation trainer. The OS3 offers extensive injury pattern capabilities, covering chest, abdominal, and vascular trauma scenarios. It allows for hands-on experience in managing complex surgical cases, ensuring trainees gain critical decision-making and procedural skills in a controlled yet lifelike environment.
