VinciLab 2 is a modern and advanced mobile graphic data logger, which can be used standalone, with Mac and Windows computers, mobile devices, wirelessly via Wi-Fi, or wired via USB.

It is a handheld Android device equipped with two processors: a main processor to control the device’s operating system and screen, and a measurement processor to control the measurement at sampling rates up to 1 MHz. VinciLab 2 has a 5” capacitive color touch screen and is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

For connecting sensors, VinciLab 2 has four BT inputs. CMA BT sensors can be directly connected to the sensor inputs. Two additional sensors, an internal microphone and a 3-axis accelerometer, are built-in.

Through the HDMI connector, the screen of VinciLab 2 can easily be shared on larger screens.

The Android apps, preinstalled on the device, offer tools for setting up the device and wireless connections, managing user files, browsing the web, watching video files, etc.

The preinstalled Coach 7 software allows collecting, graphing, and processing of measured data when the VinciLab 2 works standalone. VinciLab 2 can be connected to the computer via a USB port or communicate via a Wi-Fi connection. In this case it works as an interface controlled by the Coach 7 software running on the computer. The collected data is transferred in real-time to the computer, and the measurement can be followed directly on the computer screen.

To use VinciLab 2:

 

• Standalone: No further software is needed. The preinstalled Coach 7 app (Android) on the device offers live sensor data displays, real-time graphing, tools for data processing, and the possibility of saving and sharing Coach 7 result files.
• With a computer (Windows/Mac): Coach 7 Lite software (free) or the Coach 7 software (license fee) is needed.
• With tablets or smartphones: Coach 7 Lite App (free) or the Coach 7 App (license fee) is needed.
